There are roughly four types of methods for preparing colorants.

But a single color is particularly suitable for large batches.

The second method is dark grinding. For the red ones, we make a red paste, for the blue ones, we make a blue paste, and for the white ones, we make a white paste? We make a white paste and then perform color matching treatment to achieve the desired color. In conventional industrial paint automotive repair paint, it is the most widely used.

The third method is micro grease color paste. Micro grease color paste contains a small amount of resin, which is usually ground with general-purpose resins such as polyester and some commonly used propionic acid resins. It can adapt to more coating systems, greatly saving our storage space and storage costs, etc.

The fourth method is resin free color paste, which is the most commonly used method in water-based coatings. For example, our water-based industrial paints and water-based latex paints mostly have resin free color paste, which is then added to various water-based coating systems for color matching treatment. Of course, our solvent based coatings can also prepare countless colorants, but their versatility is limited. The effect of adjusting the mirror will be greatly reduced, and everyone must pay attention. In addition, with the development of dispersion technology, we have also developed many water oil universal dispersers. We can prepare a water-based universal color paste that can be applied to both water-based coating systems and solvent based ones. The coating system is likely to be a trend in future development.
